Authentic Replica of a Classic Civil War Revolver

Historical Design and Features
This replica captures the authentic feel of the original. The revolver is a muzzle-loaded cap and ball .44-caliber revolver widely used during the American Civil War. It shares the same frame size as the .36 caliber 1851 Navy revolver but features a modified cylinder to accommodate .44 caliber ammunition. The barrel has a shorter forcing cone, allowing for a longer cylinder.
- Creeping Loading Lever: An innovative design that prevents the loading lever from dropping and interfering with the function during firing.
- Manufacturing Period: More than 200,000 units were manufactured between 1860 and 1873, with a significant portion purchased by the U.S. Government.
- Effective Range: The weapon is a single-action, six-shot with an effective range of 75 to 100 yards.
- Sights: It features fixed sights, with the rear sight being a notch in the hammer, clearly visible when the revolver is cocked.
